Following recent accusations leveled against R. Kelly, it may not be the best time to marketing a song called "Bump N Grind," but Marquelle's new track quickly distances itself from its source material. Listing his influences as Usher, Drake, Chris Brown and Justin Bieber, the Greensboro, North Carolina artist is, like many singers these days, quite rap-influenced (he even shouts out Tee Grizzley), but he's also indebted to classic R&B. The song is said to be a release from Marquelle's upcoming album, which doesn't appear to have a title. You can listen to more of his music on his official SoundCloud page.
