The house that Mac Miller lived in has been placed back on the market. After being closed off for an investigation relating to the rapper's death, the property has been deemed ready for another tenant.

The San Fernando home is currently available for rent at the price of 10K per month. It spreads across 3,156 sq. feet of space right outside of Los Angeles, boasting of unique panoramic city and canyon views.

Although the house's features are attractive, realtors may face some challenges when it comes to finding the right tenant. According to reports, a law in the state of California (Civil Code 1710.2) requires realtors to "disclose to anyone buying or renting a house whether someone died there within three years of a transaction." This would be applicable in this case even though Mac Miller's passing was well-publicized and mourned by many.

The rapper was found lifeless in this home after a 911 police call back in September. The call was made for someone under cardiac arrest, but he was pronounced dead on location. His place appeared to have been swept clean although it seemed like he had suffered from a drug overdose, which would usually entail physical evidence of said drug around the house.
