Will Logic's new single grow to earn him another top 5 placement?

After it was revealed that Drake had topped the Hot 100 with "In My Feelings" for the fourth consecutive week with the announcement of the top ten, the entirety of this week's chart has now been revealed through Billboard

This brings us to Logic, whose new single "One Day" with Ryan Tedder has made its debut on the chart at No. 80. Though always a strong performer in first-week album sales, Logic did not make a notable dent on the singles charts until the release of "1-800-273-8255," which brought him into the top five of the Hot 100. Since then, he's seen singles like "44 More" and "Everyday" with Marshmello crack the top 30.  "One Day" is also No. 27 on Digital Song Sales with 11,000 sold and 5.8 million U.S. streams. Including guest appearances, it is his 6th entry to the Hot 100.

In other news below the top ten, Khalid and Normani's duet "Love Lies" has risen from 18 to 15. Meanwhile, Dallas rapper Yella Breezy has made his debut with "That's On Me" at No. 92.

Logic will perform his new song at the upcoming MTV VMAs. He did the same with "1-800-273-8255" last year, which resulted in a boost on the charts and an increase in calls to the Suicide Prevention hotline it was named after. The VMAs are set to air on August 20th.
