Kendall and Kylie Jenner are on the hook for 57 thousand dollars of unpaid rent dating back to December of last year. That's over 13 thousand a month for a shared office space, a drop in the bucket right? What should be a direct hit via Venmo, is getting blown out of proportion. There has to be a reasonable explanation for this mess.
If the sisters don't pony up by March 15th, the Repo Man will paying them a visit with his nut wrench. The official decree reads the following:
"PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that on or before March 15th, 2018, that being at least five (5) days from the day of service from this notice, Tenant must either (a) pay the total amount due owing or (b) surrender possession of the premises to the Landlord, in default of which, the Landlord will commence summary proceedings under the statute to recover possession of the Premises and to obtain such other relief as is permitted by the law."
