Yeezy Apparel is being sued for allegedly stiffing a fabric manufacturer.

Lawsuits come with the territory when you're a wealthy celebrity, but Kanye West seems to be constantly entangled in a legal battle. This time around he's facing off against a Japanese knit fabric supplier named Toki Sen-I Co. who sued both the rapper and his Yeezy brand after they claimed they weren't paid hundreds of thousands of dollars for Yeezy kicks.

According to The BlastToki Sen-I claims that back in 2015 they were contacted to create samples for Yeezy sneakers. That agreement went off without a hitch as payments were made and the fabrics were delivered. Things apparently went sour in 2018 when Ye made yet another, much larger order. Because of the size, Toki Sen-I wanted a down payment. They say Kanye never sent them the check, but because they'd done business with him before and didn't have any problems previously, they went ahead and started production anyway.

Later, Kanye allegedly told the company that he wouldn't be paying for the fabric that was initially ordered, so they're suing to the tune of $624,051. In the lawsuit, the company also calls Yeezy Apparel a "shell" and a "sham" because it doesn't have capital assets or member interest, saying that it only exists so that the rapper won't be held personally liable.

Kanye is calling foul on the entire lawsuit. Court documents reveal that Kanye is accusing the company of not delivering the product at all, therefore he didn't pay them anything. “Plaintiff never delivered the allegedly contracted-for product, and Yeezy Apparel allegedly did not pay the full price for that undelivered product," the paperwork says. "Despite being a basic business dispute between companies, Plaintiff needlessly inflates this case into a 4-count complaint under both tort and contract theories, baselessly including the celebrity member of Yeezy Apparel (Mr. West).”

It goes on to say, “At the outset, because Plaintiff has not clearly pleaded the terms of a contract, it is unclear which of the contractual terms alleged was purportedly breached.” Meanwhile, now that 50 Cent *coaxed* filmmaker Randall Emmet into paying back a $1 million loan, the Get Rich or Die Tryin' rapper has targeted Mr. West, teasing him for his fashion choices.

He shared a meme of Kanye and wrote, "Welp now I know I’m not a style icon, 😆I’m definitely not wearing that shit. LOL GET THE FUCK OUTTA HERE MAN." He later commented on his post saying, "What in the 'spare some change' type sh*t is this," and "No this is not a rich n*gga Vibe, 🤦‍♂️ I’m out ok I’m gone."
