The famous John Mayer has made some popular hits such as "Gravity" and "Your Body Is A Wonderland" that may be the first thing you think of when you see him or hear his name. However, another thing John is known for is being a bit of a blabbermouth. If you remember, in 2010 John got interviewed by Playboy and Rolling Stone (in 2012) and said some of the most outlandish things. "I am a very…I’m just very. V-E-R-Y. And if you can’t handle very, then I’m a douche bag. But I think the world needs a little very. That’s why Black people love me," he told Playboy.
He then told Rolling Stone that the perfect life partner should have "a beautiful vagina." Adding,"but don't they also have to have a vagina you could pitch a tent on and just camp out on for, like, a weekend? Doesn't that have to be there, too? The Joshua Tree of vaginas?"
For John's latest interview, he chopped it up with Complex's Hot Wings to talk about his short-lived moment pursuing stand up comedy and working with the great Dave Chappelle.
"Working with Dave Chappelle, that's when I realized I am a comic in a more of a passive way," he says in the video below. "It's like jamming, really. I mean, I've seen him be on stage before for four hours straight without an instrument and he's not singing but he's jamming. I don't quite understand how it works but it happens and it doesn't look out of place. He, in some ways, is more musical than a lot of musicians out in the world now."
