Gucci Mane's official follow-up to 2017's El Gato The Human Glacier will arrive this Friday; a project that Gucci Mane's been teasing for nearly a year at this point. The rapper's been flooding the streets with music and dominating the mixtape circuit for over a decade. However, he's been taking his time with Evil Genius in hopes to create one of the best projects in his extensive catalog. Ahead of the project's release, Gucci Mane linked up with Kevin Gates to perform their collaboration, "I'm Not Goin'" for the first time ever.

Gucci Mane and Kevin Gates took over the Jimmy Kimmel Live! stage for a performance of their single, "I'm Not Goin'" off of Gucci's Evil Genius album. The track was released in mid-November and produced by Murda Beatz who also produced Gucci's upcoming collaboration with Lil Skies, "Mad Russian."

The two rappers shared a glimpse of the first time they met on social media back in June which seemingly took place on the set of the "I'm Not Goin" video shoot. Gucci shared a photo of the first time met with the caption, "Hood Legends." The two rappers share a similar story. Both were products of street life and got locked up during the peak of their careers. Ultimately, they both came out of prison stronger than ever.
