French Montana just handed over a cool $3.3 million to Selena Gomez for her Mediterranean-style mansion in Calabasas, which has been on the market since November. French was able to strike something of a bargain with the 23-year-old singer, as he reportedly paid $150,000 less than the original asking price. According to TMZ, Gomez decided to put the house on the market a year and a half after moving in due to a stalker repeatedly showing up on the property.
The 8,000 square foot home comes equipped with 6 bathrooms, a gym, a home theatre, and a wine cellar, among many other amenities. The home also boasts a full backyard with a pool as well as an outdoor kitchen and dining area. TMZ notes that the Calabasas property happens to be in close proximity to the home of French's ex, Khloe Kardashian. Of course, as Drake has explained in many songs, Calabasas is a land filled with celebrity exes, thus making it the site of some sensational A-list drama.
French has been rumored to be dating Sanaa Lathan, though it's assumed that he'll be moving into the Gomez pad as a bachelor -- along with his Capuchin monkey Julius Caesar, of course.
