However, for those of you who wanted new music from Childish Gambino, it's coming soon.

Donald Glover a.k.a Childish Gambino has just signed a deal with RCA for his upcoming record, Variety reports. The rapper and his agency/label, Wolf + Rothstein, have penned a deal with RCA Records for his upcoming project. Through the newly signed deal, Childish Gambino is also expected to release new music at some point later this year.

RCA Chairman and CEO, Peter Edge, spoke on the recent signing in a statement.

"Donald is undoubtedly one of the most talented, multi-faceted, young entertainers of this era," he said, "We are excited to join forces with him and Wolf + Rothstein to usher in the next phase of Childish Gambino’s musical career."
