Chance The Rapper becomes the newest member of the Backstreet Boys in the new Doritos commercial.
The Super Bowl is only a few weeks away. Regardless of whether you're a football fan or not, everyone is typically stoked for the commercials aired during the event. As more companies begin to roll out their ad placements, Doritos shared a teaser from their upcoming ad featuring none other than Chance The Rapper and one of the most iconic boy-bands known to the music industry.
Chance The Rapper doesn't seem like he'd fit as the sixth member of the Backstreet Boys, but he's trying. In the upcoming Doritos ad for the Super Bowl, The Backstreet Boys post up as they're draped in denim before Chance The Rapper awkwardly tries to squeeze in as the sixth member without anyone noticing. The commercial then cuts to a black screen where the Backstreet Boys hit single, "I Want It That Way" plays in the background before an image of Doritos' new flavor Flamin' Hot Nacho appears on the screen.
Doritos teased Chance The Rapper's appearance on the commercial earlier today. Sharing a photo of Chance, the company tweeted, "Our prediction for the big game? There’s a chance things are gonna get hot. Stay tuned 02.03.19 #NowItsHot."
The full commercial is set to air on Sunday, Feb 3rd during the Super Bowl. Peep the teaser for the commercial below and keep your eyes peeled for more information on the Super Bowl.
