Carl Crawford's legal situation keep mounting up.

Carl Crawford has been at the center of a few legal matters this year but his recent felony charge for assault is by far the most serious. Crawford is accused of assaulting his ex-girlfriend and was recently arrested and charged with felony assault. Per Bossip, he has since been released on $10K bail but he's facing a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison and/or $10K fine.

Under the terms of his bail conditions, he won't be allowed to go near the alleged victim, must stay in the Houston, Texas area, and stay completely sober, specifically from alcohol.

The police report filed against him alleged that the victim tried to break things off from her relationship with him and went to his place on May 8th to talk. After arriving, she alleged that Carl Crawford pulled a semi-automatic handgun from his pocket and “unloaded the clip and ejected a round of the pistol and began walking towards her holding the firearm.” That wasn't all. He allegedly bashed her head against a wall on several occasions over speculation that she was with another man. He had repeatedly asked her "how long had she been having sex with the male" as he it her head into the wall.

We'll keep you updated on any more information surrounding the case.
