This afternoon, Rob Kardashian hopped on Instagram to issue a very public apology to Blac Chyna, for his part in the events of this past weekend. He lamented his emotional rant and said, "I'm seeking help to deal with my flaws/issues." In a follow-up post, Rob addressed his daughter: "I am going to get better for you Dream."
