Twitter's top reactions to Michigan's defeat.

Penn State’s streak continues as the program took to Beaver Stadium on Saturday to eventually roll out a win of 42-13 against Michigan.

It was last year that the Wolverines conquered the Nittany Lions with a win of 49-10, and Saturday marked the date Penn State would officially pay it back.

In all, Penn State pulled off over 500 yards of offense with Saquon Barkley rising as the match-up’s shining star in front of a record-breaking crowd of 110,823, going for a shattering 69-yard touchdown run in the game’s second play before adding another run from 15 yards out to start the Lions off with a fiery start of 14-0 in less than five minutes. Since that loss to Michigan last year, this now mark’s Penn State’s 16th win in its last 17 games played.

“I like doing anything that Coach puts me in a position to do like blocking, catching, running the ball, the wildcat,” Barkley would say following the game. “Obviously we have a quarterback that can run the ball. But I don’t mind it. I like it. I’m willing to do whatever coach tells me to do to help the team.”

Ultimately, Michigan’s No. 1-ranked defense couldn’t match up as Lions quarterback Trace McSorley would also add three touchdown runs to the board, finishing 17 of 26 for 283 yards, accounting for only one interception.

"We've just got to learn from today, learn from our mistakes and move on," senior captain linebacker Mike McCray said. "We've got to come together, be even closer now. We've got to win out."

Of course, it’s been one of the many topics up for grabs on Twitter. Check out the app’s best reaction to the match below.
