The last few weeks have been unfortunate for Ski Mask the Slump God as he was informed he will require a surgery, forcing him to reportedly cancel his tour. One of the most prominent young artists to come out of Florida in the last few years, Ski has built a following across the country. Spitting a unique style, Ski can be compared to very few. His upcoming project Beware The Book Of Eli has been hinted at for months, with the rapper making several announcements regarding it.
Ski Mask has previously said that he would drop Eli during the first week of April, which would mean a release before the end of this week. Further fueling the rumors of an imminent drop, the Very Rare artist shared a quick preview of one of his unreleased tracks on Instagram while revealing potential titles to others. Ski took a screen recording video on his phone, letting his fans hear a bit of his track "Lost Soul" with Rich The Kid. Below the file for the RTK collab are three other songs titled "Run", "WHATDIDUSAY", and "Ski Suicide Season." While "Run" had previously been confirmed on a partial tracklist, the two other tracks could potentially appear on the completed work.
Whether or not the Florida rapper stays true to his word and releases the project this week is yet to be determined but for the sake of his fans who have been patiently waiting for a full-length project, we're crossing our fingers that it drops.
