Yeezy Desert Rat 500?

Kanye West's newest Adidas sneaker has just been unveiled in a brand new "grey suede" colorway, and although some are calling it the "Wave Runner 500" others claim it is actually named the "Desert Rat 500."

The always reliable @YeezyMafia claims the rumored "Yeezy Wave Runner 500" model is actually being called the "Yeezy Desert Rat 500," but Adidas has not yet confirmed any monikers for this unreleased Yeezy sneaker.

No Vacancy Inn’s Tremaine Emory provided the first look at the latest Yeezy model, which comes doused in a monochromatic grey colorway, highlighted by a smooth suede upper accompanied by mesh underlays. As of now, there's no official word regarding when the grey sueded Yeezy "Wave Runner 500" will be hitting retailers.

However, @YeezyMafia has said the Yeezy Wave Runner 500 (or Yeezy Desert Rat 500) is expected in the Spring of 2018, with this all-grey colorway potentially being the first release.

Check out some of the early images of the grey-sueded Yeezy sneaker below while we await more details including pricing and availability.

In addition to this new Yeezy sneaker, Kanye West and Adidas will reportedly be rolling out their first basketball performance sneaker in the near future.

'Ye was first spotted in the kicks during a pickup game at UCLA over the Summer but the recent on-foot images give us a better look at the unreleased Yeezy basketball sneakers.

Last Summer, Kanye confirmed that a Yeezy basketball sneaker was in the works and hinted at a 2017 release, so we'll have to wait and see if Adidas springs a release within the next two months. At the very least, we should be seeing more images of the Kanye West x Adidas Yeezy basketball silhouette in the near future.
