Skip Bayless Ripped For Distasteful Tweet About Gordon Hayward's Injury

After Gordon Hayward's gruesome leg injury last night, twitter erupted with an outpouring of support for the Celtics' 27-year old forward. NBA players, NFL players, other athletes, the media, fans across the league, and more sent Hayward their well wishes as he was carted off the court on a stretcher.

While seemingly the entire sports world was shook up and hoping for Hayward's speedy recovery, Fox Sports 1's Skip Bayless had another take. After initially tweeting, "JUST AWFUL," the "Undisputed" co-host fired off a tweet about how Hayward's potentially season-ending injury simply means "LeBron's path to losing a sixth finals gets even easier." 

Naturally, Skip's mentions were ablaze after his insensitive tweet. 

Toronto Raptors guard DeMar DeRozan called Skip a clown. San Antonio Spurs forward Rudy Gay went a step further, tweeting at Skip, "You are a heartless clown. Go paint your face." Another hoops fan chirped, "Not everything is about LeBron u dusty old loser."
