It will be aired 12 years after taking place.

O.J. Simpson, who was recently released from prison, will be the topic of a new special that is slated to air on Fox. The program will contain the infamous interview in which Simpson hypothetically reveals how he would have gone about murdering his former wife Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman. The public unveiling of this notorious admission comes a whole 12 years after he initially spoke of this speculative course of action.

The special will be called "O.J. Simpson: The Lost Confession?" and will air on Sunday, March 11.

The program will uncover some pretty disturbing details about Simpson's conversation with Judith Regan detailing what may have happened the night that his ex-wife and her male companion were brutally stabbed.

The network notes how "for over a decade, the tapes of that infamous interview were lost — until now. Simpson’s explosive words finally will be heard, as he answers the questions that gripped a nation during the notorious ‘Trial of the Century’."

Soledad O'Brien will host the two hour special that will also include a panel of analysts who will speak about the interview, and the crime story that captivated Americans en masse in the mid 1990s.

The special will also contain minimal advertising in favour of public service announcements dedicated to domestic abuse awareness.
