Federal agents raided two homes owned by hip-hop star Sean “Diddy” Combs, one in Los Angeles and the other in Miami. The Department of Homeland Security confirmed the searches, led by Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) in New York. These raids are reportedly part of an investigation into allegations of sex trafficking, initiated by a lawsuit filed against Combs by his former girlfriend, Cassandra Ventura. Ventura accused Combs of physical abuse, sexual slavery, and rape, leading to a settlement between them. However, this lawsuit sparked further legal actions against Combs, alleging sexual assault and rape from other plaintiffs. Combs has denied all allegations, claiming innocence and dismissing the accusations as attempts to gain money quickly. Police detained several individuals during the raid but it remains unclear if authorities arrested anyone directly. Combs' whereabouts during the raids were unknown.

Sean "Diddy" Combs faces a barrage of accusations including sex trafficking, sexual abuse, and rape, stemming from multiple civil lawsuits. Federal Homeland Security Investigations agents raided Diddy's properties in Los Angeles and Miami as part of an ongoing investigation, allegedly related to federal sex trafficking inquiries. The lawsuits against Combs date back to November 2023, with plaintiffs alleging incidents ranging from rape to drugging and sexual assault, some of which involve minors. Combs vehemently denies all accusations, with his attorneys dismissing some claims as baseless money grabs. These legal battles cast a shadow over Combs' career, dating back to his founding of Bad Boy Records in the 1990s.

U.S. law enforcement officials were searching for evidence related to an ongoing sex trafficking investigation by federal authorities in New York during the home raids on Sean "Diddy" Combs' properties in Los Angeles and Miami. Although it's unclear whether Combs himself was the direct target of the investigation, legal analyst Terri Austin suggests that information obtained from multiple civil lawsuits against Combs, including settled cases, likely provided the basis for obtaining search warrants, per CTV. Authorities aimed to gather evidence such as computer data and videos that could potentially lead to criminal charges. Despite the raids and ongoing investigations, federal prosecutors have yet to charge Diddy with any crimes. Legal experts suggest police must engage in further deliberations and evidence gathering before presenting charges against Diddy.

Cameras spotted Diddy's sons, Justin and King Combs, returning to the residence to retrieve their belongings following the home raid on Diddy's Los Angeles mansion. TMZ reported that they left the property separately late Monday night, with Justin arriving around 10:30 p.m. and his brother a few hours later. Despite being handcuffed during the Homeland Security sweep earlier that day, authorities did not arrest either son.

Diddy's current whereabouts are unknown, with his private jet last tracked to Antigua. The raids, conducted by the Homeland Security Investigations Human Trafficking Task Force, are part of an ongoing investigation into sex trafficking allegations against the rapper.

Who Have Police Arrested As Part Of Their Investigation?

In a recent development, police arrested Brendon Paul, referred to as Diddy's alleged "mule" in a lawsuit, on Monday. Meanwhile, federal law enforcement agents at Opa Locka Airport in Miami stopped Diddy and his entourage. According to the affidavit obtained by TMZ, Paul, aged 25, faces two separate drug charges, including possession of suspected cocaine and possession of suspected marijuana candy, both classified as felonies in Florida.

Law enforcement officers, collaborating with Homeland Security and Customs and Border Protection, reportedly discovered the suspected drugs in Paul's travel bags, which he allegedly claimed ownership of. Following testing confirming the authenticity of the narcotics, authorities arrested Paul. A court later granted Paul bail before his release. While Paul was named in Rodney Jones' lawsuit against Diddy as a close associate who handles drugs and guns for Diddy, there's no evidence connecting the drugs found on Paul to Diddy. Diddy has previously denied all allegations made in Jones' lawsuit.
