Vic Mensa continues to speak out against injustice.

Earlier this year, Vic Mensa dropped off a personal and politically conscious album The Autobiography. Ultimately, the project was praised for its lyricism and subject matter, despite a relatively low key commercial performance. However, that hasn't stopped Vic from winning throughout the year, and the talented rapper managed to secure himself a spot opening for Jay-Z on the 4:44 Tour; that in and of itself is a massive accomplishment. Having seen him live on that exact tour, it's clear that "We Could Be Free" means a lot to Vic, and his performance of this one was a clear set list highlight.

Today, the Chicago emcee has delivered a video for the Ty Dolla $ign-assisted single, which features footage of war, protest, and injustice around the world. If you're not into political rap, this video will probably leave you unmoved, but it does include some powerful imagery nonetheless.
