If you couldn't get your hands on Lonzo Ball's $495 Big Baller Brand ZO2 Prime, his youngest brother, LaMelo, has just dropped his very own $395 signature sneaker, dubbed the Melo Ball 1.

According to the Big Baller Brand site, the Melo Ball 1 is "an industry game changer" and the first signature shoe launched by a high school basketball player.

Per Big Baller Brand,

The MELO BALL 1's, are a first of its kind; for a PLAYER that is first of his kind.

Meticulously designed and inspired by basketball prodigy LaMELO BALL. AN INDUSTRY GAME CHANGER.

Debuting in a low-top cut, the MB1's are the first signature shoe launched by a high school basketball player.

An Advanced Performance Insole is embedded throughout the shoe for maximum comfort.

The Big Baller Brand MB1 includes:

  • Two-tone woven textile with Camo Fly Knit upper.
  • A full bed of shock absorbent material makes the shoe one of the lightest basketball shoes on the market.

Pre-orders for the Melo Ball 1 are now available for a limited time (no exchanges or refunds), although the kicks won't actually ship until December 23rd.

LaMelo is entering his junior year at Chino Hills High School but has already committed to playing for the UCLA Bruins, just like his older brothers Lonzo and LiAngelo. The 6'2 160-pound point guard is currently the 17th ranked player in the Class of 2019, according to Rivals.com. Having his own signature shoe will raise questions about his NCAA eligibility, according to ESPN's Darren Rovell.

LaMelo's oldest brother Lonzo was drafted by the Los Angeles Lakers with the 2nd overall pick in the NBA Draft back in June, and is one of the frontrunners to win Rookie of the Year in the upcoming season. The third Ball brother, LiAngelo, is entering his freshman season at UCLA. The three sons and their father LaVar recently launched their own reality 10-episode series on Facebook called, "Ball In The Family," which will surely feature plenty of talk about LaMelo and Lonzo's signature sneakers, as well as the Big Baller Brand as a whole.
