A new loosie following the release of "The Bigger Artist."

A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie has chosen a curious time to release new music. According to Lil B, the Bronx rapper and his crew assaulted him at the Rolling Loud festival in the Bay Area Saturday, leading to B cancelling his show after addressing the crowd. A Boogie has not addressed Lil B or his alleged involvement in the attack, but seems to be taking advantage of the talk surrounding him at this time, as he expressed on Twitter. A Boogie's new song "Day 1" follows the same formula as much of the music on his recently released debut album The Bigger Artist, featuring a melancholic, piano-led instrumental accompanied by Boogie's auto-tuned confessionals. Boogie's album debuted within the top 5 of the Billboard Hot 100 earlier this month.

Lil B named A Boogie as one of his attackers in a speech made to the audience at Rolling Loud in the Bay Area, where the assault took place. He took to Twitter later that night to forgive the rapper. "A Boogie With A Hoodie and his crew jumped me don’t no how many of em it was but it’s all good," he said on Twitter. "I love y’all and I forgive y’all LOVE."

"Use me as an example," he continued. "I was violently jumped by A Boogie [...] I was 1 deep no security its good I forgive them love y’all. Just because someone hurts you does not mean you need to retaliate! I love the people who jumped me I mean that stay positive[and safe]."

A Boogie has yet to respond to Lil B's tweets. Read more on the story here.

Quotable Lyrics:
Damn homie, I thought you was my man homie
The fuck happened to you?
I could've sworn you knew better
Held it down for a minute then you ended up telling
When it rains, yeah it pours, better bring an umbrella
They don't wanna see me win, they be so fake and jealous
Way before I had the fame, I had Balmain and Margielas
