Celebrities undergoing cosmetic procedures to enhance their appearance isn't uncommon. Still, rarely do the results turn out as disastrous as Jacky Oh's "mommy makeover" last week. As we previously reported, the TV star was declared dead on Wednesday (May 31) following a procedure. At the time, few details were known about the circumstances surrounding her death. Now, however, Local 10 has come through with an update on the tragic situation.
According to a Miami police report, authorities were contacted just before 10 PM. Local fire rescue teams responded to the Homewood Suites by Hilton Miami Downtown/Brickell Hotel at 1750 SW First Ave. They received a call about an unresponsive woman and promptly transported Jacky to Mercy Hospital in Coconut Grove. Medical professionals made various attempts to resuscitate the 32-year-old, but they ultimately failed. Officers are currently looking further into the mother of three's unexpected death along with the medical examiner.

Jacky Oh's Death Under Investigation by Miami Police
Things are presently in the preliminary stages, and information about where or when Jacky underwent her surgery is being kept under wraps. As friends and family await more answers, heartfelt tributes to the blonde beauty continue to surface on social media. Boosie Badazz shed a tear after hearing the news, and Moneybagg Yo publicly showed love to Jacky's partner, DC Young Fly on Instagram. Seeing as he lost one of his own co-parents just a few months ago, the Memphis native knows the pain all too well.
The Wild N Out starlet welcomed three children with the comedian – daughters Nove and Nala, as well as their son Prince. The latter was born just last year, and after giving birth on three occasions, Jacky was clearly excited to see how her body would transform with her operation. In the time since many fans have expressed sadness over seeing someone as stunning as Oh not recognizing her own natural beauty and ultimately losing her life as a result.
