The NFL Hall of Famer had some domestic misfortunate last week.

Shannon Sharpe has been in the news lately as he beefed with former first-overall NBA pick Kwame Brown. The beef came about after Brown blasted LeBron's playoff performance. “I have never seen a guy of your caliber, supposed caliber, you don’t even get a shot off?” Brown said at one point in his seven-minute rant. “You’re probably the best scorer in the game, you got all these points. But you were looking for a bailout, again.” At another point in the video, Brown argues that “Throughout history, the little nerds are gonna look up your statline and say ‘He’s gotta be the greatest player to ever play the game’. And people who actually play are gonna know that is bullshit.”

Sharpe, a well-known fan of LeBron, shot back on UNDISPUTED, “Of all the people, [Brown] should never ever question anyone’s greatness,” Sharpe said on Undefeated. “You on the Mount Rushmore of all busts….you a joke real talk.” Brown shot back, telling Sharpe that he was a "guest in the house of basketball." However, TMZ has revealed that Sharpe has been dealing with something else in the past few days.

According to TMZ, Sharpe's house in LA was robbed last week, with over $1 million's worth of bags, jewelry, and watches. Sharpe is known for his sharp looks and luxury tastes. Law enforcement told TMZ that the robbery happened on May 19 sometime between 7pm and 9:30pm. Sharpe was away from the house at the time. However, Sharpe didn't call the police until he returned from dinner and noticed something amiss.

In an intriguing twist, the police have launched a deeper investigation as they found no evidence of forced entry. While no arrests have been made, Sharpe has fronted a $50,000 reward for any information that could help the case. Furthermore, law enforcement has declined to share anything more about the leads they are currently pursuing.
