Stephen A. had a lot to say about the Lakers' failures.

Stephen A. Smith is well-known for his basketball analysis. However, he isn't exactly beloved by all of the fans out there. Overall, there are certainly occasions in which he makes people upset. He can be one to overexaggerate at times. Furthermore, he likes to speak ill of certain players, which then rubs fans the wrong way. Either way, it is very clear that Smith is a polarizing figure. In the end, he makes ESPN a lot of money, and without him, the light bill wouldn't get paid. It's sad, but at this point, it's true.

Considering the fact that we are in the NBA playoffs, Smith is currently in his element. This is when he is truly able to get off some of the takes that have been festering within him. Last night, the Los Angeles Lakers were swept by the Denver Nuggets. Consequently, Smith was able to go after some of the weaker players from the series. In the clip down below, you can see Stephen A. go after the likes of Anthony Davis, as well as D'Angelo Russell, who is still loading after all of these years.

Stephen A. Speaks

"Are we just going to ignore the fact that Anthony Davis had four points in the first half? ... Don't get me started with D'Angelo Russell. ... No threat whatsoever. Just awful," Stephen A. explained. Ultimately, it is hard to disagree with Stephen A. Smith on any of these points. Overall, the Lakers got no help from Davis in that Game 4. LeBron James had to score 40 points on a bad foot, and it was very sad to watch. In the end, it was clear that the Nuggets were just the better team. Even if you were rooting for the Lakers, you can't help but feel like Denver are deserving finalists.

Moving forward, the Nuggets will either play the Boston Celtics or the Miami Heat in the NBA Finals. Who are we kidding? They are going to play Miami. The Heat have dominated that series and no one foresees the Celtics winning four games in a row. If they do, it would truly be unprecedented. Let us know who you think will win the NBA Finals, in the comments section below.
