The rapper's music is now the voice of the Ukrainian opposition to Russian forces.

Busta Rhymes has become the new voice of Ukraine's military successes. Surprisingly, it was the official Twitter page of Ukraine's Ministry of Defense that repurposed Busta's lyrics to mock Russia. In a graphic posted on the Twitter page, it depicted the significant losses Russia has suffered in the war. The presented statistics covered the past year, and the numbers were undeniably grim. Naturally, this news brings great joy to Ukraine. Hence, the individual managing their social media account thought it fitting to use Busta's 1996 hit "Woo-Hah!!" as the caption.

"‘Woo-hah, got you all in check!’ -Busta Rhymes," tweeted the Ministry of Defense. "Total combat losses of the enemy from February 24, 2022, to May 16, 2023." The Busta song post unveiled the destruction of thousands of tanks, armored personnel vehicles, drones, and other weapons, along with an estimated 200,000 Russian deaths. The following tweet displays the complete count of losses.
