A "source" close to the family disclosed to TMZ that nine-year-old North was the sole reason for the temporary ban. The insider says, "North has been more interested in focusing her creativity in other areas lately and is taking a break from TikTok." They further explained, "Like most kids, interests change often... So she may be back on as early as tomorrow — or never again."
Last year, dad Kanye West publicly shared his frustration about the account. Later, he told Hollywood Unlocked CEO Jason Lee, "'Tell her don't have my daughter wearing lipstick on TikTok."
