The end of 2022 was undeniably rocky for Megan Thee Stallion. She was called to the stand to recount the night Tory Lanez shot at and injured her foot following a party at Kylie Jenner's home. She ultimately came out on top (though the Canadian is attempting to file for a new trial). However, the Houston-born entertainer was left mentally and physically exhausted after the ordeal. This prompted her to spend a few months out of the spotlight, working on herself. In March, she chiefly made her presence felt once again. She's been on something of a roll since then, stepping out for one public appearance after another.
This past weekend was particularly busy for the 28-year-old. She kicked off things last Thursday (March 30), by throwing the first pitch at an Astros baseball game. The next evening, she gave her first performance of 2023 at the AT&T Block Party. At the time, she was hilariously out-twerked by a male fan who was invited on stage to dance. Elsewhere at that same event, another man was arrested after sneaking into the sold-out concert dressed as a K-9 officer in an attempt to meet the rap diva in real life.

To close out her weekend, the "Freak Nasty" hitmaker attended the annual Country Music Awards. Cameras caught her and Canadian icon Shania Twain sharing plenty of smiles and laughs. In her usual fashion, Thee Stallion donned an '80s-inspired look for the show, wearing her beautiful curly hair in an unmissable afro, also showing off her slim thick figure in a dress which boasted a large, flirtatious hip cutout.
