<a href="https://www.hotnewhiphop.com/633861-donald-trump-tries-to-ban-access-hollywood-tape-from-rape-trial" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Donald Trump</a> is reportedly workshopping several more nicknames for his upcoming primary opponent, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis. For now, the former President has been using the name, “Ron DeSanctimonious,&#8221; to attack his 2024 rival. According to a new report from Bloomberg, Trump has a list of frontrunners for a new nickname that includes &#8220;Tiny D,&#8221; “Ron Dishonest,” and “Ron DeEstablishment.”



It&#8217;s not the first time reports have surfaced about Trump working on a new nickname for DeSantis. Earlier this year, Trump replied to similar stories in a post on his site, Truth Social. &#8220;All of the Fake News is reporting that I spend large amounts of my time coming up with a good &#8216;nickname&#8217; for Ron DeSanctimonious, who is obviously going to give the presidential &#8216;thing&#8217; a shot. They are all 100% wrong, I don’t even think about it — A very unimportant subject to me!!!&#8221; Trump wrote.

Trump has previously taken credit for DeSantis becoming Governor of Florida, a role that launched him into the national spotlight for 2024. Appearing on The Hugh Hewitt Show, last month, Trump remarked: &#8220;He was dead, he was leaving the race. He came over and he begged me, begged me, for an endorsement. He was getting ready to drop out. There were tears coming down from his eyes. He said: &#8216;If you endorse me, I&#8217;ll win.&#8217; So I end up doing it, and he wins.&#8221;



The RealClearPolitics average of polls on the predicted <a href="https://www.hotnewhiphop.com/633021-donald-trump-wants-to-bring-back-firing-squads-hangings-report" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">GOP candidates</a> currently places Trump at 45 percent while DeSantis remains significantly lower at 29 percent. Other candidates for the Republican primary include Nikki Haley, and likely Mike Pence, Mike Pompeo, and Tim Scott, although they&#8217;ve yet to confirm. Pence is currently listed at 7 percent and Haley sits even lower at 5 percent.
