Childish Gambino Updates App With VR Footage From "Pharos" Concert

Gambino rolls out virtual reality, "Pharos footage" and virtual reality "Awaken, My Love!" vinyl.

Late Tuesday night, Childish Gambino pointed fans in the direction of his Pharos app on Twitter.

The app now includes VR footage from his private Pharos concert that went down in Joshua Tree in September. Fans can now watch Gambino perform songs from the album in the shadow of a giant monster in 360 degrees.

But wait, there's more: Gambino also updated AwakenMyLove.com with options to purchase a limited-edition poster, as well as a "virtual-reality vinyl" that will ship out in 2017. Not surprising to see Gambino embracing VR in all its manifestations.
