Atlanta emcee Kap G had a hit on his hands last summer with his breakout single "Girlfriend."
Naturally, a slew of emakes of the tune would soon follow, but it seems the trend isn't over just yet as DJ ill Will most recently unearthed a remix he thought he'd lost long ago as he releases Kid Ink's rendition of the track.
"Lost this freestyle last Summer at some point," DJ ill Will penned in tandem with the Soundcloud release. "Just found it in the vaults over the weekend and decided to share it with you guys."
As you probably guessed, Kid Ink takes control of the vocals as he touches on the dangers of leaving your girl unattended whenever he's around.
