The Ring

Listen to a new inspirational single from Wyclef Jean called "The Ring."

BYKevin Goddard

Wyclef Jean is back today with another release off his upcoming album J’ouvert, which arrives next Friday (February 3). After hitting us with the Young Thug-assisted single “I Swear,” the Haitian veteran decides to come through & close out the work week by sharing the new single “The Ring.”

As the title depicts, “The Ring” is a inspirational record that finds Wyclef rapping about his winnings and his attempt to get back to the top of the game, all while referencing people like Tribe Called Quest, Big Pun, D.R.A.M., Fat Joe, DJ Khaled and more in the process. It’s pretty much the perfect intro for a broadcast sporting event to say the least.

J'ouvert available now for pre-order on iTunes.
