King Mez is back for all the haters saying he's done changed up. The rapper, who hails from North Carolina, has definitely made strides in his career (and changes for the better, one would think), since linking with Dr. Dre and becoming a prominent force on his Compton album. We haven't heard from him much since, although he did stop by The Pharmacy on Beats 1 to bless Dre with a freestyle.
On "Changed" he uses organ-key production from Cardo and experiments with his flow on the hook, while packing a lyrical punch with his verses, from the perspective of friends forlorn. Can you fuck with it?
