In April, Lloyd Banks released a trio of freestyles over the course of two weeks. It's been radio silence since then from Punchline King, until today, when a Lloyd Banks track called "The Remainder" surfaced. Produced by Doe Pesci, the track will appear on DJ Kay Slay's forthcoming mixtape Shadow of the Sun. It's pretty much business as usual for the ultra consistent Banks.
Shadow of the Sun arrives Monday, October 26th. Earlier today we heard another leak from the tape, "Respect" feat. the formidable NYC lineup of Prodigy, Raekwon, and Papoose. Judging solely on "Respect and "The Remainder," this mixtape will be better than Kay Slay's last effort The Industry Purge.
