It's been over a year since HNHH readers have had the pleasure of hearing some new material from Harvey Stripes. Fortunately, the drought is finally over. Returning to our front pages, Stripes is back with "Arrogant," the first of several releases he intends to put out before the year is over. Is Stripes' arrogance warranted by talent?
