With the August 12th release of Wara From The NBHD's Kidnapped tape just under two weeks away, the Atlanta-via-Brooklyn rapper has shared another track from the tape. Preceded by the menacing "Scrilla" and the more lighthearted "Beige," "Raw" features an assist from Fools Gold signee Grande Marshall.
One of two guest spots on the upcoming tape (the other coming from Light Skin Mac 11 of the recently-signed Two-9), "Raw" finds Marshall spitting a dense second verse that's followed by a stunning instrumental outro. Live horns are supplied by Christopher Allison, and here we see a very jazzy side of Wara. Kidnapped is 'bout to blow some minds.
