Basketball's most well-known sideshow is miffed about a comparison to another headline-grabbing family.
LaVar Ball, whose son Lonzo is currently the star prospect on the NBA's Los Angeles Lakers, told TMZ dislikes the comparison when his family is called the "Kardashians of basketball."
"I ain't no Kardashain, I ain't Kris Jenner. We the Balls, welcome to the Ball era," he said in a video clip from TMZ Sports. The parallel lives being led by both high-profile families are too similar not to notice though - one really famous child in each, Kris Jenner and LaVar are both branding savants, and so on.
