A$AP Bari and A$AP Rocky’s brand VLONE has been steadily making moves, most recently launching a custom pop up shop in New Orleans for NBA All-Star Weekend with their collaborative Air Force 1 as the centerpiece. Now VLONE might be up to something else, based on recent Instagram activity.
The brand posted a pixelated photo of the bottom part of their logo with Japanese streetwear brand Fragment Design’s logo. The Japanese brand is run by Hiroshi Fujiwara, who has also linked up with Nike for a number of sneakers recently, from Nike Air Trainers to Presto Mids and even an Air Jordan 1. Presumably, the two would be working on another sneaker but since Nike’s logo wasn’t included we can’t be sure. The post’s caption doesn’t tell us much anyway, just saying “…Japan.”
Bari also recently took the Chicken Connoisseur on a tour of some grimy chicken spots throughout New York City. What do y’all think VLONE and Bari have in store?
