Taxstone was arrested Monday in connection with last year's Irving Plaza shooting.

Taxstone has posted $500,000 bail following his arraignment in federal Manhattan court Tuesday, Billboard reports. He pled not guilty to charges of possession of a criminal weapon and will be placed on house arrest.

The popular podcast host, whose real name is Daryl Campbell, 31, is required to put up at least $350,000 in cash or property as a part of his bail agreement. He is permitted to leave his home only to record his Tax Season podcast. Prosecutors have appealed the judge's decision to grant Campbell bail. The appeal will take place Wednesday.

He was arrested on Monday in connection with last May's shooting at Irving Plaza that left Troy Ave's bodyguard Ronald McPhatter dead. Police found his DNA on “the trigger, hand grip and magazine” of the gun that killed McPhatter. The prosecution believes Campbell shot Troy Ave, with whom he had had a long-standing beef, and inadvertently shot McPhatter.

“He had a gun in his hand and he murdered someone,” Assistant District Attorney Hagan Scotten argued in court.
