Warrant out for Gordon in paternity case.

An arrest warrant has reportedly been issued for Cleveland Browns' troubled wide receiver, Josh Gordon.

According to the reports, a judge issued the warrant for Gordon after he failed to comply with the demands of his ongoing paternity case. An Ohio woman, Christina Lockhart, claims the 25-year old NFL star is the father of her one-year old daughter, and she filed a lawsuit against him last year seeking child support.

Last September, a judge asked Gordon to not only attend the hearings but to also provide a DNA sample- yet he didn't do either, including skipping an August 31st hearing, so a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Clevaland.com reports:

Lockhart filed the complaint July 2, 2015, saying no one else is presumed to be the father, other than Gordon.

Lockhart is on public welfare and is seeking child support from Gordon, according to the complaint filed by Assistant Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Kira Kittoe Krivosh.

Subpoenas were sent to Gordon in Los Angeles, and several Cleveland addresses. Gordon never responded to them, according to court records.

Gordon was conditionally reinstated by the NFL in July and is currently serving a four-game suspension. He would be eligible to return to the Browns lineup for their Week 5 matchup against the Patriots, assuming the league fully reinstates him.
