Coming off his executive producer duties for the upcoming film “Southpaw”, it looks like Eminem is about to take on the same role again, this time for a new television series though. According to Deadline, Eminem is currently in negotiations to executive produce and write music for an upcoming series based on the movie, "Narc".
Produced by Joe Carnahan (who directed the movie in 2002), the new drama series will take in place in Em’s hometown of Detroit, Michigan and will tell the story of a cop going undercover to investigate a murder, similar to the movie’s plot. With the pilot already finished, the show is currently being shopped around various networks to find itself a home.
