Game sets a new release date for "The Documentary 2", still in time for the 10th anniversary of its predecessor.

Game has been getting us hyped for his upcoming album, The Documentary 2, with big collabs with DeJ Loaf and Meek Mill. Though we've long missed the initial January 18 released date, Game tells Revolt TV that the album will be out this summer, still in time for the 10th anniversary of The Documentary. The album will be out on June 30, which also happens to be his son's birthday.

Ten years after what's widely considered to be Game's best album, the Compton rapper is now on his sixth album, and he thinks The Documentary 2 will be his best yet, saying, "The old me was wack. I'm better than that now." In addition to the brief interview, Revolt also takes us behind the scenes of a concert celebrating The Documentary's 10th anniversary. There were some special guests at the show, including: Dr. Dre, Kendrick Lamar, and Schoolboy Q. We already know there's gonna be Dre production on The Documentary 2--we can only hope for some help from the TDE camp, as well.

Will you be copping The Documentary 2 this summer?
