A weekly rundown of our top tracks

If it weren't for the weird for-pay nature of Drake's new "mixtape" then all five of these tracks would come from the 6 God.

That's not to say the rest of the week was terrible. Our Top 100 chart contained a number of notable tracks.

Standouts this week included Migos, Big Sean, Chance The Rapper and OT Genasis. Take a look at the list and feel free to suggest your own top tracks in the comments.

Big Sean ft. Kanye West & John Legend - One Man Can Change The World

Top Tracks of The Week: February 10- February 17

Dark Sky Paradise is from Big Sean (a man who has never quite outrun the "flamingo in front of the pyramids" comparison) and features a name that sounds like it was sourced from a counterfeit Nike shop in Beijing. However, we're thinking it might actually be...good?

The old joke goes that both Big Sean and radio listeners go "Oh Gawd" at the beginning of Big Sean songs, but if tracks like this are any indication, then the peanut gallery will fall silent after his latest album drops.

OT Genasis Feat. Meek Mill & Jeezy - CoCo (Remix)

Top Tracks of The Week: February 10- February 17

OT Genasis and the excitable 7-year-olds on your block are no longer the only ones who got baking soda.

The remix of his hit "CoCo" is like a coke rap all-star team, with assists from Meek Mill and Jeezy. OT even throws in a brand new verse to showcase his skills alongside the titans.

Juicy J

Juicy J - I'm Sicka

Juicy J is Exhibit A in the case for charisma in hip-hop. By all measures, he's not very good at rapping and he has a tendency to be grimy as hell. But everything on Blue Dream & Lean 2 is worth a listen, because he just sells it.

Doesn't hurt that Mike Will came with his first memorable beat in a while.

Migos

Top Tracks of The Week: February 10- February 17

Migos - Falisha
We never thought we'd be hyped for a Big Sean album and a bit worried for a Migos full-length, but here we are.

Migos have dropped two tracks from their debut album Y.R.N.: The Album and neither have reached the heights of their mixtapes. "Falisha" is leaps and bounds above "One Time" though. So it has that going for it, which is nice.

Top Tracks of The Week: February 10- February 17

Young Thug and Rich Homie Quan are practically a genre unto themselves and their latest collaboration is a great primer to the Thugga-Quan Connection.

No word that could be delivered clearly goes unslurred. And the chorus gets by less on clever lyricism than on how fun it is to yawp along with the descending melody.

Earl

Earl Sweatshirt - Quest/Power

Odd Future Nap Gang Sleep It Off.

Earl's clearly moving in a cloudier direction with his new material and its a testament to the rapper's ability that this track is worth listening to over your average spaced-out Soundclouder.

Chance The Rapper - Lady Friend

Chance may have released this track as a Valentine's Day sneak peek of his new album with the Social Experiment, but it works just fine as a post-Mardi Gras parade comedown. This track deserves repeated spins regardless, but the unique circumstances down here in New Orleans might net this cut a few more plays as folks try to clear their heads.
