In a particularly egregious case of copyright infringement, singer J Rand is suing Jamie Foxx, 2 Chainz and DJ Mustard for allegedly copying him on their song "Party Ain't A Party."

Just a week ago, Jamie Foxx, 2 Chainz and DJ Mustard linked up on a song called "Party Ain't A Party" that, in addition to sharing a name with a '90s hit, may be a complete rip off.

TMZ reports that a singer by the name of J Rand is suing the trio for copyright infringement of his 2013 song of the same name (which features IAMSU!), and when you listen to the tracks side-by-side, the similarities are pretty unmissable. See for yourself below.

Rand's track was also produced by Mustard, who released a statement saying that he "did not grant any rights to a third party to exploit the recording."

Stay tuned for further developments in this story.
