Yet another Air Jordan 1 colorway could be in the works.

The Air Jordan 1 is easily one of the most iconic shoes of all-time thanks to its simple design and plethora of colorways. Every year, Jordan Brand seems to flood the market with AJ1 models as they know sneakerheads will be more than happy to cop them. In 2019, there have been some great Jordan 1s and in 2020, it appears as though Jumpman is going to keep up the pace.

In a new post from the Instagram account @zsneakerheadz, it is being theorized that a purple Air Jordan 1 could be on the way. In 2018, we got the "Court Purple" model although this time around, the shoe will have the "Bred" and "Royal" color blocking where the overlays and side panels are black, but the rest of the shoe is purple.

As mentioned in the post, this pair is simply a rumor but with all of the great colorways coming out, it wouldn't be surprising to see this sometime next year. In the meantime though, there are plenty of great Air Jordan 1 models to choose from so definitely check those out first if you're so inclined.

Stay tuned for any updates regarding this potential release.
