A week before its intended release of April 7th, 2 Chainz' Pretty Girls Like Trap Music was delayed indefinitely. The reasons for the setback are unclear, though Chainz will surely use the interim to up the anticipation surrounding the album. Earlier today, the TRU boss shared a video clip of himself and DJ Khaled in the studio, listening to each other's albums -- Khaled's being the upcoming Grateful.
"You know me and that boy Chainz, we got somethin' cookin'. We got somethin' cookin'," Khaled says to close the clip, as "Pretty Girls Like Trap Music Coming Soon" is displayed on the screen. Chainz captioned the post by writing, "just know that #grateful and #prettygirlsliketrapmusic is gonna be something to talk about!!"
Is Khaled gonna provide a drop for Pretty Girls Like Trap Music, or will 2 Chainz lay down a verse on Grateful? Or will they both bless each other's albums? In any case, a hit record is on the horizon.
