Looking to pivot the content of her time on-air, Skyy revealed in November 2018 that she and Fetty Wap would be linking up with the cast of Love & Hip-Hop: New York to document both her burgeoning career as a rapper and her tension-filled, post-breakup relationship with her baby daddy. 

Before Rob Kardashian came into the picture, Alexis Skyy was linked to New Jersey-bred rapper Fetty Wap. The two dated for two years before calling it quits in 2016 after Skyy learned that Wap cheated on her with his ex-girfriend Masika Kalysha. To make their relationship and subsequent breakup even messier, a sex tape featuring the former model and the rapper surfaced in January 2017, with both parties blaming each other for its unintended release. 

"I have a business. I have a lot to lose doing that. I’m trying to act,” Skyy revealed to Hollywood Life, publicly denying that she had anything to do with the tape's release. “These type of things follow you. That’s not the route I was trying to go. I transitioned to a vixen to a business woman. And on his end, it’s not really a good image on him either. I don’t condone it on both ends. Whoever did it is trying to play me and trying to downplay me.”

"I was on a plane on my way to Miami and a picture leaked out. And when I landed, the video was out. I called my lawyer before I took off and told him he had to put a stop to this because I was scared. I’m not accusing anybody. All I know is that it got out,” she continued, implying that someone from Fetty Wap's camp leaked the intimate footage. 

Later that same year while she and Wap were still technically broken up at the time, Skyy revealed that she was pregnant with the rapper's baby. Consistently shutting down haters who question the paternity of her daughter, Skyy has remained steadfast in her claim that Wap is her daughter Alaiya's father.

Born three months premature, the one-year-old Alaiya recently had to undergo an emergency brain surgery, which was, thankfully, a success. 

Like many others in the hip-hop A-list dating pool, Skyy got her start as an exotic dancer. "I used to dance when I was back home," said Skyy, who hails from Long Island City. "I kinda know one of [Fetty's] friends and I was dating him...and I left him for [Fetty]." After opening up a spa that has since closed, Skyy pivoted her career aspirations once more and is currently attempting to jumpstart her career as a singer/rapper. Incredibly, Skyy managed to ink a deal with Treyway, the label made famous by controversial rapper Tekashi69. 

As evidenced by the video clip making its rounds on social media, Alexis Skyy has some serious beef with Rob Kardashian's baby momma and ex-fiance Blac Chyna, which is, naturally, the source of her recent headlines. While attending the same event, Skyy and Chyna allegedly exchanged words before escalating their confrontation into a near physical assault. According to Skyy's Instagram Live session captured by The Shade Room, the two were simply sharing a drink together before Chyna flew off the handle and began acting aggressively towards the 24-year-old.

In a now-deleted Instagram post, Skyy then echoed Kardashian's past claims that Chyna is an unstable drug addict.

Shortly after their widely-publicized fight hit social media, Rob Kardashian upped the petty factor by declaring Skyy as his #WCW and even posted a sexy pic of her to his feed with the caption, "I’ve been wanting you for so long." 

Raising eyebrows further, both Skyy and Kardashian then hopped on social media to show off their at-home dinner date spent lounging around Kris Jenner's kitchen.
