Jordan 4 "Wings"

This special shoe was gifted to those who do work in the community.

This past weekend was pretty special for the NBA as it was All-Star weekend. The league's best players came out to Charlotte to show off just how good they are, while sneaker brands took the time to show off some of their latest work. Of course, Jordan Brand was one of those companies to make the most of the festivities and had a whole slew of releases. The brand even showed off a special Air Jordan 4 in collaboration with the Jordan Brand Wings Scholars Program. The program likes to honor those who give back to their community and that's exactly what they did with this Air Jordan 4, as only those who exhibit "Wings Values" will be gifted a pair.

As you can see by the pair, they are primarily black leather with blue highlights and blue and yellow specks on the midsole. James Whitner, the founder of Charlotte-based sneaker boutique Social Status, was gifted the first pair. Social Status also made waves during All-Star weekend for their Air Jordan 6 collaboration that featured snakeskin and cow fur.

These will not be available for sale but are still some pretty cool kicks and one of the highlights of the All-Star weekend.

What do you think of these?
