Steve-O has made has name and his fortune by doing a bunch of idiotic stunts (no shade, they're fun to watch), something he openly admits with the title of his memoir: "professional idiot." As much as he was likely having fun doing all his stunts and partying, he also developed some more insidious habits over the years, like his taste for such drugs as ketamine, cocaine, nitrous oxide, PCP, marijuana, Xanax and Valium.
He appeared on Graham Bensinger's show In Depth, to look back on the crazy times he's had, including on instance where he snorted coke mixed with HIV-positive blood. The day started with a trip to his guy's house (who's last name he saved as "everything" in his phone because he had everything you might need) to buy an unspecified drug. When he got there, everything was passed out, so:
I went over to the table to scrape up a pile of cocaine to snort it, but as I had sat down looking at it, there was, of course, blood had been squirted. You could see, like, the little tiny little blood splatter on the residue. This is how desperate and pathetic my addiction was, that I sat there, like, knowingly scraping up this tainted, like, blood cocaine and I sat there and snorted it, which is so f—-dp[...]I snorted the blood of an intravenous drug user.
