Hip-hop lovers rejoice.

North Carolina rap trio Little Brother reunited for their first performance as a unit in over a decade Saturday night at Durham, NC's Art Of Cool Festival.

In the past, members Big Pooh, Phone, and producer 9th Wonder have always asserted that the group ould remain split, but fans in attendance at the festival headlined by the likes of Nas, Erykah Badu, Maxwell, and AnHamiltonamiltn, were in for a massive treat when Little Brother stepped in at the 8 PM performance slot that was apparently reserved for Royce da 5'9" who had canceled.

It's very possible that this is just a one-off appearance for the culture and all that. While the group members have made public their successful attempt at squashing the internal dissent that led to their initial breakup, they've never voiced any interest in officially coming back together as bandmates. Phonte and Pooh have gone on to release respective solo albums while 9th has continued to be busy behind the boards for some of today's biggest stars.

We won't hold our breath for anything more to materialize from this blessed occurrence, but we sure will bask in the glory of the best clips the Internet has to offer of the last night's reunion.
