HBO's Leaving Neverland documentary on the allegations against Michael Jackson aired earlier this week in two parts. Many believe the allegations and feel the two alleged victims, Wade Robson and James Safechuck, were subject to Jackson's abuse when they were minors. Others, like his daughter, believe that Michael Jackson is innocent.
Despite Leaving Neverland, Paris Jackson isn't buying the child sex abuse allegations against her father, TMZ reports. They said that she hasn't seen the documentary and it doesn't look like she has any intention to. Jackson's "not the least bit torn or conflicted about its content."
Reports surfaced yesterday claiming that Jackson is worried about the impact that the allegations might have on her career. She believes that the content in the documentary will scare away film producers from working with her in the future. "She was in a movie last year but believes the documentary is already scaring directors away because the abuse her father is accused of may put moviegoers off her," a source allegedly said.
Sources also denied that Jackson received an invitation to watch the documentary prior to its premiere at Sundance Festival on Jan. 25th.
Many members of the Jackson have come forward slamming the documentary including Michael Jackson's nephew Taj who said Robson's story is fabricated. Paris' mother, Debbie Rowe, is reportedly avoiding the scandal. Sources say that she doesn't see a point in watching it since Mike's been dead for nearly 10 years.
